Sea Bluffe is a gated townhouse community in the northernmost coastal area of Encinitas. It is in the Leucadia portion of Encinitas along the beach. There is only one guarded gate to enter or exit the community. Our unit is at the south west end and we’re the center unit of a “tri-plex.”

From San Diego Airport go North on Interstate 5 –about 40 minutes if there is no traffic. Exit on LaCosta Blvd – which is the exit just North of Leucadia Blvd.(south of Poinsettia Blvd)

Exit from Interstate 5 (I-5) North onto La Costa Blvd. Turn left on LaCosta and go about one half mile to the end and turn left on Coast highway. About ¼ mile on your right is a new Mobil gas station construction project (Slow down here!) and just beyond that is the entrance to Sea Bluff. Turn right and you’ll see tennis courts on your left and a guard house straight ahead. Pull to the left lane and as you approach the gate The We will tell the guard to expect you and let you in. If no guard is there, punch 328 on the box—we’ll answer and open the gate for you. If the guard is there, he should be able to let you in and help you with directions. After you enter, go to the top of the hill, and turn left on Piccadilly Drive. At the stop sign curve to the right and go down the hill to the bottom at Tattenham Rd. Turn left. Our driveway is the next to the last one on the left. You must park in the driveway, or in marked parking spaces.
